Clients We Serve

Patriq Homecare Services, LLC provides services to adult clients (homebound or in- patient) who reside in our service area, and who need skilled nursing care, personal care or companion/sitting care services in the comfort of their home or a nursing home facility.

Nursing Care

Our Registered Professional Nurses provide skilled clinical oversight and monitoring for the total wellbeing of our clients. Our Nursing services include :

  • Patient and Family Education About Client Condition
  • Vital Signs Monitoring

Personal Care

Personal CareOur Personal care services are provided by qualified Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) under the direction of a Licensed Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) and in accordance with the client’s service plan. The Personal Care Services our team provides includes: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living ( bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, laundry )

Our trained and qualified Caregivers provide a variety of Companion/Sitter services under the supervision of a qualified Registered Nurse. Our services include:
